4 Quarters of 10 minutes each with running time.  3 minute breaks in-between quarters.

4 vs 4.  No goalkeepers.  Please encourage defensive players to not stand directly in front of the goal.

Scores and goals will NOT be recorded.  This league is designed for players to become better with positive reinforcement.   

There will be indirect kick-ins instead of throw ins.  Corner kicks are direct.  No offsides.
